Must watch movie! : Real Steel (2011)

Okay I know I know. I'm obsessed of  REAL STEEL! I am I am! I think this is the only movie I feel like going to the cinema for the second time! You'll definitely regret if you don't watch this in the cinema!

All the action, the emotions, the technology, and the robots just makes me haywire! I love movie so much because it really makes me questions my ability and creativity. And the movie is really realistic! I can picture ourselves in that era (if I'm able to lived that long, lol)

The man behind it all :

Shawn Levy! Not bad himself right? I don't mind watching him on set too!

Real Steel Movie Synopsis: Real Steel stars Hugh Jackman as Charlie Kenton, a washed-up fighter who lost his chance at a title when 2000-pound, 8-foot-tall steel robots took over the ring. Now nothing but a small-time promoter, Charlie earns just enough money piecing together low-end bots from scrap metal to get from one underground boxing venue to the next. When Charlie hits rock bottom, he reluctantly teams up with his estranged son Max (Dakota Goyo) to build and train a championship contender. As the stakes in the brutal, no-holds-barred arena are raised, Charlie and Max, against all odds, get one last shot at a comeback. - got this from movies.about.com

Hugh Jackman is a great actor -no doubt about that-, but the star who really caught my eyes was Dakota Goyo!

The little boy who played the role of Max Kenton, son to Charlie Kenton (Hugh Jackman). He is really awesome in the movie! So natural and so energetic! And boy, he Can dance! You know, I have to salute Shawn Levy cause he found just the two right person for the main leads.

I long awaited for Real Steel after watching it's trailer. The trailer was awesome enough, but the whole movie was even more AWESOME! DOUBLE AWESOME! TRIPLE AWESOME!

Watch this and you will know what I'm talking about and why I'm so in love with this show! And I'm so happy to watch it with my hippo! ^^ We were so into the movie that we didn't mind sitting the 5th row from the screen!
Good Luck in getting your tickets! It's gonna be though!

A little update on me, private uni life is amazing but it's gonna tired me out soon. Assignments after assignments, but all about self-development, no shitty theories and all. I'm Loving It!

Loads of love,
Huiling

Outraged.

OWC book urges Muslim women to have joint sex
PETALING JAYA: The controversial Obedient Wives Club (OWC) has set off another round of public outrage with an “explicit sex book” which encourages a Muslim husband to have joint sex with all his wives.

The 115-page book titled Seks Islam, Perangi Yahudi untuk Kembalikan Seks Islam kepada Dunia (Islamic Sex, fighting Jews to return Islamic sex to the world), has a picture of the late Asaari Muhammad, the banned Al-Arqam leader, on the cover.
An excerpt from a passage printed on the back encouraged Muslims husbands to have sex simultaneously with their wives.

The book stated that research showed women only gave their husbands 10% of what they wanted from their wives’ bodies, a local daily reported yesterday.
According to the report, chapter eight titled Bagaimana seks menjadi ibadah (How sex becomes worship), contained explicit descriptions of sexual acts.
Facebook page “We do not want sexist nonsense from Global Ikhwan Sdn Bhd” founder Matthew Ong expressed outrage over the book and urged Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil to intervene.

I know. Utter rubbish right? Quite frankly, I had it with this club. What is fucking wrong with their brains?!
Seriously, I don't know whether it's just for promotional purposes to promote their club or they are really that desperate to get fucked.

I'm really upset by the way they "abused" women. Mentally and emotionally. Come on! Man marry woman to be with her, to love her, to care for her. It's already bad that (if) you have a second wife. Now, they are asking the women to watch them have sex? Ridiculous! Seriously, Their club should be banned immediately.

"The book stated that research showed women only gave their husbands 10% of what they wanted from their wives’ bodies, a local daily reported yesterday."

See? They even provide all these trashy statistical facts. What more does men want in bed? Bones? Blood? Eye balls? It saddens me more when I found out the founder of the club is a woman. *smacks head*

Forgive me if I'm too over the top here, but I am! How can they come up with this kind of clubs when there are so many other priorities like the cases baby-dumping, poverty, drug addiction and etc.?
Divorce aren't that bad if you were to tell me. I'm in my 20's and I still believe Women CAN live without men. All these urging women to be obedient to their husbands are just words from a hysterical woman who can't live without her man. Oh how I wish to see them get beaten up and still stay obedient to their husbands. Ha ha.

That's all. Just need to throw my stress somewhere. I hope the media will just boycott their news because it will just increase the rate of high blood pressure in women.

Thank you for reading though.

The boy turned 20!

Hello readers!

Baby boy turned 20 today! Well, given his hectic schedule, I only got to celebrate with him yesterday, which is a day before his real birthday. Sucks right? But what to do.. .. Anyways, it was just a simple celebration though, hope he doesn't hate me for that.

Look above, my personal hand-made-full-of-love cards! Actually the cards are like plans for the day. But it didn't work out cause I wrote them for the REAL day. Not the day before. Bleh again.

Went to Gurney Plaza to celebrate his Big Day!

Birthday boy reading his cards while in the ferry.

It was freaking hard to find a car park during weekends! Gosh, almost lost my temper there. Got hungry so we decided to have some snacks in A&W. Love was craving for coney dog and I was craving for curly fries!

At around 4.30pm, we went to watch "Warriors". Love wanted to watch it cause it involves fighting. Secretly, Love and I love watching WWE, so this movie was our pick for the day. Seriously, it's a good movie! The movie is about mix martial arts (fighting), brotherhood and love. You won't regret after watching this. This movie plays with a lot of emotions.

\
A MUST WATCH MOVIE! Just look at the abs! *winks*

Then, off we went to have our dinner. Both of us had korean bbq cravings that day, so we went to BAR-B-Q Plaza!

Love this picture of him! Cheers to birthday boy!

Our supreme meal for 2! rm38.90 +

Us.

BAR-B-Q PLAZA's irresistible sauce!

Looks tempting right?? We're meat lovers! Nom Nom!

And that's the end. I know, I did not get love his present yet. It's still under KIV. It's not easy to choose for a guy present with a low budget ok? Till then!

Loads of Love,

HuiLing.

For the first time..

Hi to all the thumbs-up people!

Don't get all "excited" because I typed the title for the first time ok? I know it's cheezy but its TRUE!
Yeap! I officially finished a week in my college/uni (seriously, I don't know what to call it) ! Let's put it as college, shall we?

Just a small update here though. Urm.. first week was very exciting but tiring for me.. people use cars to college, but me, I'm doing the old-fashioned way. 2 public buses and a ferry! LOL. I'm a "Go-Green" activist now. About classes, lecturers were ok. I mean first week of college right? Not fit enough to judge anyone yet.

Had two assignments on the first week. I'm not complaining since I've already lived 7-months without assignments or projects. On the contrary, I'm happy with the way I have landed right now. Should not sob over not getting a public university at the first place. I can list out more of the pro's than con's but it will get a little sensitive.

So, I'll have my stop here. That's my first day class picture. Excited much but ended up with no class that day. *smacks head*

By the way, Love birthday is coming and I don't know what to buy for him or what to plan for him yet. I know, I'm such a failure gf. Any suggestions? I guess this week will be a double hectic week for me!

Loads of love,
HuiLing.
